CFSB prescription was shoulder presses.
Warmup:
3 rounds
21 walking lunges
5 pullups
10 situps
5 bench press 45
10 good mornings 45, 55, 65
5 OHS 45, 55, 65
5 shoulder press 45, 55, 65
CFSB work was 5-5-5
75-85-95
All felt really good. No niggling pain in the right shoulder. I am still unbalanced and weak on the left side, but 5 x 95 felt good and I'm looking forward to next week.
WOD: Had to go back to Jackie and try and get a better time.
1000m row (3:49)
50 thrusters 45#
30 pullups
10:40
All-in-all not too bad. Not sure I can make up too much time rowing. Just plain need to get stronger on the thrusters. A bit of character loss on the pullups. Last 10 were broken into 3-3-2-2.

Crushing the Hopes of the Young
Today I played Lord and Master of the County Science Fair.
I was a judge at the County Science Fair for grade school and middle school kids. I was assigned to judge 5 Eighth-grade projects. Two were no-shows so life was in my favor.
Generally I think the kids were a bit intimidated by the whole judging process and would have rather been doing almost anything else.
I think back to the only science fair that I participated in and am still ashamed (well, not ashamed, but certainly not proud) of the pathetic project that I did.
